MARRIED IN CRESTON

Miss Mary Reed, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. J.C.F. Reed of this community, and Mr. John William Ferris of Talmage were married at the Methodist parsonage in Creston on Saturday, February 27th, The Rev. L. K. Billingsley, pastor of the Creston Methodist Church officiating.

Mr. & Mrs. Ferris will be at home on a farm near Afton. Th bride has resided all her life in this community, was a pupil in the Clearfield schools for a time, and has shown in her home life the energy, ability and industry that presage home-making success in her own home. The groom is not so well known here, but is a young man of industrious and steady habits, solid traits that win out in prosaic life.
