O'RILEY - MILLER MARRIED FEB. 8th

In a candle light service Saturday at 5:00 p. m. at the Methodist church, Maxine O'Riley of Des Moines, daughter of Mr. & Mr. H. T. O'Riley of Creston, became the bride of Clinton Miller, also of Des Moines, son of Mr. & Mrs. Bert Miller of Afton. Preceding the ceremony nuptial music by Mrs. Roy Bratzel was played, as the bridal party took their places before an altar banked with ferns and potted plants. The Rev. M. E. Hayes read the single ring service in the presence of immediate relatives and close friends of the couple.

The bridal couple were attended by Mr. & Mrs. Don Bell of Longmont, Colorado, brother-in-law and sister of the bride.

The bride was attired in a white gabardine suit, with luggage brown accessories and carried a bridal bouquet of talisman roses. Pearl necklace and earrings to match was a gift from the groom. The matron of honor wore a suit of mist green with brown accessories and carried a bouquet of red roses.

The bridegroom wore a tan business suit and carnation boutoniere and his attendant wore a blue business suit with a carnation boutoniere.

Following the ceremony a reception for the couple was held in the fellowship hall of the church. Mrs. Miller cut the first slice of the 3-tiered cake, topped with a miniature bride and groom. It was served by Mrs. Ralph Hollibaugh, Mrs. Melvin Reeves, Mrs. John Moffitt, Mrs. E. Shultz, Beverly Miller and Joan O'Riley.

Out of town guests were: Bert Miller of Afton, Beverly Miller of Des Moines, Mr. & Mrs. Don Bell, Longmont, Colorado, Mr. & Mrs. Claude George, Corning and Harvey O'Riley of Cozad, Nebraska.
