Mr. Gavin H. Waterspoon and Miss Charlotta Madden, both of Platte Township, Union County were married at the residence of Capt. H. F. Nix, by Rev. Bartholomew, Tuesday, June 6th. They remained overnight at the Occidental Hotel and returned to their home Wednesday to begin life together with the best wishes of their many friends.
