I. K. Lund's Father Dead.

I. K. Lund went to Story City Thursday of last week to attend the funeral of his father, B. K. Lund, who died at his home in Story City Tuesday, December 22, at the advanced age of 76 years. Mr. Lund had been in poor health for several years past. The funeral was held Thursday afternoon from the Lutheran church and the remains interred in the cemetery at Story City.

Deceased is survived by his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Mathre, who has made her home with her parents and cared for her father during his long sickness; two sons, I. K. and B. K. Lund, residing near Jewell, and two sons, John and Severt, and two daughters, Mrs. Hinning and Miss Tena, of Chicago. All were present and funeral services.

Deceased had lived for about 13 years in Story City, moving there from the farm where I. K. Lund now resides. The bereaved family have the sympathy of hosts of friends in the loss of their father.
