Pamela Kaye STONE daughter of James and Kathryn ADKISSON STONE was born June 5, 1960 at Mount Ayr, Iowa and passed away February 27, 1978 at the Glenwood State School at the age of 17 years, 8 months and 22 days. She had been at the school since the age of two.
Surviving are her parents, James and Kathryn STONE, one sister Hazel Arlene and two brothers, Earl and Max, all of the home.
Graveside services were held at Mount Ayr Rose Hill Cemetery, March 1, 1978 at 1:30, Pastor Phil KINTON officiating. Casketbearers were Billy CAMPBELL, Jackie CAMPBELL, Terry Paul CLARK, Gordie ADKISSON, Tracy ADKISSON, and Ronnie ADKISSON.
