OBITUARY - PAULINE (BOOTH) SUITER

1907 - 2000

MACKSVILLE KS - Pauline SUITER, 92, died Feb. 17 at St. Joseph Health Center in Kansas City, Mo. She was born May 16, 1907, at Tingley, Iowa, the daughter of John and Edna BOOTH. She married Ernest SUITER July 28, 1926, at Belpre. He died Oct. 25, 1981. She attended schools in Macksville and was a 1925 graduate of Belpre High School. A lifetime resident of Macksville, moving to Overland Park 1 1/2 years ago, she was a homemaker.

Mrs. SUITER was a member of Macksville Christian Church, American Legion Auxiliary and other clubs and organizations in the Macksville area.

Survivors include one son, Rollin "Bud" SUITER of Macksville; two daughters, Betty Jo GILKISON of Overland Park and Dorothy REID of Leawood; one brother, Roy BOOTH of Blue Eye, Mo.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank BOOTH and Johnny BOOTH.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the church, with the Rev. Carey HANER officiating. Burial will be at Farmington Cemetery in Macksville. Friends may call from 1-8 p.m. today at Minnis Chapel in Macksville. Memorials are suggested to the church or Southwind Hospice, both in care of the funeral home.
