Thursday, May 29, 2009OBITUARY - HOPE FRANCES (WINEBRENNER) LEMKE
Hope Frances LEMKE, daughter of David and Mary Kay WINEBRENNER, was born May 21, 1974, in Indianapolis, Ind. and passed from this life May 20, 2009, at University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, at 34 years of age.
Hope grew up in Indiana and moved to Osceola eight years ago. She attended SWCC and studied accounting. She was united in marriage to Rod LEMKE on Jan. 20, 2006, at Las Vegas, Nev.
Hope was a housewife. She worked for KDSM in Des Moines for a few years. She loved to fish and enjoyed sewing, computers, auctions, garage sales and shopping. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Those relatives who preceded Hope in death were her parents; brother, Wade WINEBRENNER; and uncle, Cleo WINEBRENNER.
She leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Rod LEMKE and sons, Wade LEMKE and Adam LEMKE - all of Osceola; niece, Beverly WINEBRENNER of Osceola; aunt, Pricilla (Tula) ROUTH of Indianola; brother, Steve WINEBRENNER of Atlantic; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at Kale Funeral Home in Osceola on Tuesday, May 26, 2009.
Hope will be cremated following the funeral services. Her cremains will be intered in the Tingley Cemetery, at a later date. Contributions may be made to her family.
