OBITUARY - TADD BAINUM

Tadd BAINUM, 36, of Norwalk, formerly of Redding, died April 7, 2009, in Des Moines. Services are pending at Watson-Armstrong Funeral Home, 205 W. Monroe St., Mount Ayr.

OBITUARY - TADD BAINUM

Tadd BAINUM, son of Roberta (HUNT) BAINUM & Michael BAINUM, was born September 8, 1972 in Albany, MO. He graduated from Mount Ayr High School in 1991 and then from Southwestern Comm. College in Creston. Tadd was united in marriage to April LUTRICK on April 21, 2001 in Mount Ayr, Iowa.

Tadd has lived in the Des Moines area the past 15 years. He was Plant Manager for Hallett Materials in Des Moines. He loved spending time with his family. He treated his wife and parents with respect and that carried over to everybody around him. He could talk to anyone about anything. Tadd loved to tell "stories" with lots of expression and sound effects.

Tadd may have moved to the 'city' but he still considered Redding "home". He loved to come down for the weekend. With family & friends he loved to go jeepin'. He was always searching Craig's List and E-Bay for car parts so that he could work on his vehicles. Tadd was truly a good man; he will be remembered for his loving, kind, and giving nature. Tadd passed away on April 7, 2009 while at work in Des Moines.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Martin & Clorine BAINUM.

Survivors include his loving wife April BAINUM of Norwalk; 3 precious children Tristan BAINUM of Alta, IA, and Holly & Lacy BAINUM, both at home in Norwalk; his parents Michael & Roberta BAINUM of Redding; maternal grandparents Jubal & Opal HUNT of Grant City, MO; brothers Matthew (Jeanie) BAINUM of FT Riley, KS and Joe (Gina) BAINUM of Cameron, MO; sister Stephanie (Tom) Van OTEN of Salt Lake City, Utah; parents-in-law Dan & Jeannette LUTRICK of Mount Ayr; grandparents-in-law Jack & Vera MOORE of Mount Ayr; brother-in-law Jeff (Kim) LUTRICK of Mount Ayr; sister-in-law Heidi ALBAUGH of Mount Ayr; nieces & nephews Caitlyn, Alyssa, Maya, Eli BAINUM, Lincoln, Mitchell, Rachael LUTRICK, Addy FLAMMANG, and Aidan ALBAUGH; and lots of good friends.

Services were held Saturday, April 11, 2009 at 10 a.m., United Methodist Church of Mount Ayr, Iowa. Interment was in the Redding Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established in Tadd's name to be decided later. Watson-Armstrong Funeral Home of Mount Ayr was in charge of arrangements.
