OBITUARY

Theola M. BARBOUR, 91, of Indianola died of Parkinson's disease Sunday, October 15, 2000, at Westview Care Center. A Memorial service will be held Wednesday, October 18 at 7 p.m. at Chapel of Faith. The body has been donated to the Osteopathic College [Des Moines IA].

Mrs. BARBOUR [Theola Mae BEAR] was born in Kellerton and has lived the past seven years in Indianola. She was the owner of Theola's Cafe, and was a 50-year member of Rebecca Lodge of Kellerton. She enjoyed playing cards and working with crafts.

Survivors include a daughter, Betty WILSON of Broken Arrow, Okla.; a brother Orville "Doc" BEAR of Mount Ayr; a sister, Doris CAMPBELL of Indianola; one grandchild and one great-grandchild.

Hamilton's Funeral Home of Des Moines handled arrangements.

On Friday, May 17, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. a memorial service was held at the Merle Hay Funeral Home at Chapel Hill in Des Moines, Iowa. "This memorial sevice is held to honor the individuals who have made an indispensable contribution to basic medical knowledge.
