OBITUARY - CORDIE DUANE FLETCHALL.

Cordie Duane FLETCHALL, the little son of Elva E. and Coride J. FLETCHALL, was born September 28, 1925, near Hatfield, in Harrison county, Missouri, and departed this life in the Noyes hosptal (sic) in St. Joseph, Mo., March 16, 1928, age two years, five months and 16 days.

Duane, as he was known by his relatives and friends, as a kind child with a loving disposition; always bringing sunshine and gladness to all that had the pleasure of knowing him.

His condition was not thought serious as he was so patient. As soon as the seriousness of his illness was realized he was rushed to the hospital. All that loving hands and medical aid could do to retain his life was done, but God hath chosen him from among his many flowers to be among His angels. Although it is hard to part with him the Heavenly Father knoweth best.

He leaves to mourn his departure his loving father and mother, two grandmothers and two grandfathers, Mr. and Mrs. George RICHARDSON and Mr. and Mrs. L. J. FLETCHALL, and one great-grandfather, S. L. JONES, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Our child was called to rest by the Lord above,
He's in the land where angels sing
Where peace and joy and blessings bring,
The early joys have passed away
In a vision we hear an angel say,
"All is sunshine, bo burden to bear,
Because there is no night there."

The services were conducted at the Weaver chapel Sunday, March 18, by Rev. EVELAND and interment in the adjoining cemetery.
