OBITUARY - MRS. FRED L. COOK

Pearl COX, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis COX, was born March 12, 1891, in Eureka, Nevada, and died at her home in Denver, Colo., March 12, 1923, aged thirty-two years.

When she was five months old she came with her parents to Iowa, where she grew to womanhood. On December 1, 1920, she was unied in marriage to Mr. Fred L. COOK and the following spring they moved to Denver, where they have since made their home.

To this union one child was born - Kathleen Loraine, who with her husband, father, mother, five sisters and two bothers, remain to mourn their loss. One sister, Mrs. John PRICE, having preceded her to that better land.

Mrs. COOK, was a fine spirited Christian girl, who spent her girlhood and young womanhood in the High Point community, where she had a host of friends.

Funeral services were held Friday forenoon at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. COX, conducted by Miss Alta NICHOLS and interment was made in the Mount Ayr [Rose Hill] cemetery.
