Alice Wolf, 82, of Deep River died of cancer Saturday at her daughter’s home in Cedar Rapids. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at United Church in Deep River, of which she was a member. Burial will be at Golden Rod Cemetery in Deep River.
Mrs. Wolf was born in Iowa County and had lived in the Deep River area most of her life. She was a homemaker ad a member of Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by a daughter, Sharon McKay of Cedar Rapids; two sons, Dennis of Oak Ridge, Tenn., and Donald of Deep River, two brothers, Harold Wiedow of Guernsey and Clark Wiedow of Baxter, two sisters, Violet Wise of Davenport and Adena Shepherd of Stanhope; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alton.
Friends may call after 3 p.m Tuesday at Watts Funeral Home in Montezuma, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to her church or Mercy Hospice in Cedar Rapids.
