Mr. and Mrs. Chris Hinz of Avoca will observe their fiftieth wedding anniversary at their home Friday with open house from 2 to 5 pm. The couple were wed in Avoca and have lived in the community since that time. Their four sons and one daughter will be present at the anniversary. They are Mrs. Gus Lassen of Chicago and Fred and Clarence of Avoca, Ernest of Chicago and Glen from Texas.
