Last Will and Testament of MARY ANNIE COGGESHALL deceased

I, Mary Anna Coggeshall, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare the following as and for my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me.

After the payment of my just debts including the expenses of my last illness and burial I give devise and bequeath all my real estate to my executor hereinafter named to hold said real estate until such time as, under his judgement, it will bring a fair and reasonable price, at which time said executor is hereby authorized and directed to sell all of said real estate and divide the proceeds among my nieces and nephews names herein as residuary legatees.

All the rest and residue of my estate wherever situated I give devise and bequeath to my seven nieces and nephews to-wit: Walter Chase, Mary Thomas, Robert Donahoe, Grattan Donahoe, John Donahoe, Dorothy Blaylock and Paula Robertson to be equally divided between them share and share alike.

I hereby appoint W.A. Byers executor of this my last will and testament without bond.

Dated at Councils Bluffs, Iowa this 15th day of November, 1937
