Stanley Belden age 79, of Polk City, IA, went home to be with his Lord on Friday, June 22, 2012 at Arbor Springs in West Des Moines. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 29, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. at Carris Family Funeral Home in Perry. Visitation will be Thursday, June 28, 2012 from 1 to 8 p.m. with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. at Carris Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery in Minburn. Memorials may be given to the family and may be left at the Funeral Home. Online condolences may be sent at  www.carrisfuneralhome.com.
Survivors include his wife, Ramona Fern Belden, Polk City, IA; mother, Dorothy Belden, Boone, IA; daughters, Gail (Jim) Seeman, Woodward, IA, Cheryl (Jeff) Kenyon, Perry, IA, Beth (Mark) Erb, Minburn, IA; son, Rod (Kelli) Belden, Madrid, IA; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; sisters, Nancy (Mac) McCubbin Jr, Liberty, MO, Linda (Gene) Olson, Boone, IA; a brother, Leland (Liz) Belden, Alburnett, IA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
