Winifred Mary Runyan, "Winnie", passed away July 2, 2012. Winnie is survived by her daughter, Dana (Angelo) Tonelli of Waukee; grandson, Dante (Tina) Tonelli of Milwaukee, WI; granddaughter, Trisha Tonelli of Des Moines; four great grandchildren; sister, Glee (John) Young of Plant City, FL; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Florence and Edward Devlin; brothers, Ed and Ted Devlin; sister, Pat Lytle; son, Ronald Runyan and infant triplet daughters.
Winnie was the owner of Currans Etc. and Winnie's Toy Orphanage. Her friends, customers and caregivers were her extended family.
At Winnie's request, no services will be held. Memorials may be made to Variety Club of Iowa or HCI Care Services, formerly Hospice of Central Iowa. Online condolences may be made at www.IlesCares.com
