Scottsdale, Ariz. - M. D. (Mike) Christensen, 73, formerly of Des Moines who died of Alzheimer’s disease at his home here on May 29, was cremated. Burial will be later in the cemetery in Atlantic.
Mr. Christensen lived in Des Moines 46 years, was associated with Aliber and Co. and was vice president of the Aliber foundation at the time of his death. He moved to Scottsdale a year ago.
Survivors include his wife, Fern, a son, Douglas, and three grandchildren, all of Scottsdale.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
