Mr. and Mrs. Richard PEEBLER, 1916 79th St., Des Moines, are parents of a daughter Sandra Lynn born Nov. 1. Mr. and Mrs. Glenn L. PEEBLER of 404 S. 3rd are paternal grandparents. The PEEBLERs have two other children. He is dean of the College of Business Administration at Drake University.
