Tuttle Rites Held At Holly Springs

Funeral services for Gordon Tuttle, 62. former resident of the Laurens community, were held Tuesday, Oct. 13, in the Christian church at Holly Springs, with grave side rites and burial in the Laurens cemetery.

He died unexpectedly Sunday, Oct 11, at his home in Holly Springs following a heart attack.

Mr. Tuttle, the son of Mrs. Esther Tuttle of Remsen and the late George Tuttle, was born in the Laurens community. He lived in this territory most of his life, but for the last eight years had made his home in Holly Springs. He was married 11 years ago to Arlene Doty.

Survivors include his wife and his mother; a brother, T. W. Tuttle of Ware; and four sisters, Mrs. L. C. Krug and Mrs. W. W. Anderson of Pocahontas and Mrs. William Relnders and Mrs. Enoch Johnson of Remsen. His father and three brothers preceded him in death
