LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, W. L. Eaton, of lawful age and of sound, disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say:

1. Subject to the bequests hereinafter made, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Laura R. Eaton, all the property, both real and personal and wherever situated, of which I may die seized or possessed, to have and to hold the same absolutely in her own right and in fee simple.

2.I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Allan March Eaton, a good mother which is the best inheritance a boy can have. I have perfect fonfidence in her judgment and am sure that she will give to him whatever is best and for his true interest; and for this reason I make no restrictions upon her absolute control of my estate.
I further give, devise and bequeath to my son Allan March Eaton, my personal effects, such as my watch, jewels, rings, Masonic uniform, emblems, certificates, diplomas, and all articles of such character. In addition thereto, I bequeath to him all my books, including my law library and papers of every kind and description.

3. In case my wife shall not be living at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath all my property of which I may die seized or possessed, to my son Allan March Eaton, to have and to hold the same absolutely.

4.I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, Laura R. Eaton, the executrix of this my last will and testament. I direct that no bonds should be given for the performance of her trust.
I further direct that she shall not be required to make any inventories, appraisements or reports. To effectuate the purpose of this cause and my will, I direct that immediately upon its probate ample bond be given for the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses.

I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
