Last Will and Testament

I, W. A. Fox, of Osage, Iowa, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and mindful of the uncertainty of human life, do hereby make and declare the following instrument as and for my Last Will and Testament, revoking all prior wills.

(1) I direct that all of my just debts and expenses of my last sickness and burial be first paid.

(2) To my beloved wife, Matilda Fox, I hereb y give, devise and bequeath a life use of all of my Property, both real and personal, with full authority to sell, mortgage or dispose of any or all of it, and with authority to change the form of any investment, and I further authorize the use of so much of the principal as shall be necessary to maintain her in her usual station of life, but that a sale, mortgage, or the change of the form of any investment, or the use of the principal shall be made only upon order of Court authorizing the same, it being my intention to have the Court pass upon the necessity and wisdom of such sale, , transfer, mortgage or use, and whatsoever shall seem wise to the Court,, after a proper investigation of the same, shall be my Will, for I realize that conditions and needs change.

(3) After the said life use given above, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my seven grandchildren, they being, Terry Kolhoff, Janet Kolhoff, Wm. Fox Jr. Janice Fox, Sharon Roe, Steven Roe and Bruce Roe, the sum of $3000.00 each, the same to be theirs absolutely.

(4) After the said life use given above, I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of the property that remains, both real and personal, and mixed to my three children, they being Lloyd Fox, Clarice Kolhoff and Bernice Roe, the same to be theirs absolutely in equal shares.

(5) I hereby nominate and ask the Court to appoint my son, Lloyd Fox, to be the Executor of this, my last Will and Testament, and request that he shall not be required to furnish bond.
In Witness whereof, I have to this, my Last Will and Testament, subscribed my name, this 4th day of February, A. D., 1958.
