AFFIDAVIT: Aug. 1955.

I, Fay E. Bartlett, being first duly sworn on oath depose and say that I am a resident of Osage, Iowa, and have been such a resident continuously for more than the past 40 years;
that I was well and personally acquainted with Faith S. Hill of Osage, Iowa, who died at Iowa City, Iowa, on or about June 23, 1955;
that I know of my own personal knowledge that she was one and the same identical person as Faith Sweney Hill, whose Last Will and Testament has been admitted to probate by the District Court of Mitchell County, Iowa. That her maiden name was Faith Sweney and she therefore commonly used both the names Faith S. Hill and Faith Sweney Hill.

I further state that I have no personal interest in making this Affidavit except to state the facts as they are know to me.
