AFFIDAVIT: Oct. 1951

I, Audrey Benson, being first duly sworn on oath depose and say that I am a legal resident of the State of Iowa and of legal age; that I was personally acquainted with T. J. Brewer, who died at Ponca City Oklahoma on or about the 24th day of October, 1951; that I have also been acquainted with his family; that I know that said T.J. Brewer left no Last Will and Testament; that he left surviving him as his sole heirs at law his widow May Brewer and two children, Merlin A. Brewer and Wilma L. Dieterichs.

That at the time of his death, deceased was the registered owner of one certain 1946 Pontiac sedan automobile, motor #P6LA 9245, registered in the State of Oklahoma, for the year 1951 and bearing Oklahoma license #8-6485; that said registration is evidenced by title certificate #D 909076.

I further certify that I have no personal interest in making this Affidavit other than to state the facts as they are known to me.
