Edwin Hoel died Nov. 15, 1954.

I, Edwin Hoel, of Osage, Mitchell County, Iowa, being of sound and disposing mind do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.
2. To my niece, Alice L. Stokes of Osage, Iowa, I give, devise and bequeath all of the United States Savings bonds which I may own at the time of my death which may be issued in our names jointly.
3. All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real, personal or mixed, of which I may die seized or possessed, or to which I may be entitled, I devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Eliza Ann Hoel, of Osage, Mitchell County, Iowa.
4. It is my will and I hereby appoint my said wife, Eliza Ann Hoel, Executrix of this my last will and testament, and hereby exonerate her from giving bond, and request that the court or clerk thereof appoint her as such executrix without bond.
