AFFIDAVIT April, 1955

I, Anna Clump,being first duly sworn on oath depose and say that I am a resident of Black Hawk County, Iowa, and that I am ___ years of age; that I am a sister of Delia M. Jewett of Osage, Iowa, who was born on July 18, 1905 at Osage, Iowa; that our parents were William T. Rodemaker and Mary Rodemaker both of whom are now deceased.

I do further state that I have no interest in making this Affidavit except to state the facts as they are known to me and that this Affidavit is made for the purpose of assisting my said sister, Delia M. Jewett in obtaining a passport from the Department of State;

I do further state that the facts I have recited above are from my own personal knowledge.
