AFFIDAVIT.
Dated and filed Jan. 18, 1906.

Almira B. Chase to All Persons.

I, Almira B. Chase, widow of Sumner B. Chase, deceased, being duly sworn on oath depose and state that I have been a resident of said County since 1856, and that I was well and personally acquainted with Lewis F. Small who acquired title to Block 133, in the City of Osage in said County, on June 3, 1856, and I know that said Lewis F. Small was one and the same person as Lewis S. Small who conveyed said Block to Henry W. Small on July 17, 1856, and I do further state that I was well and personally acquainted with said Henry W. Small, he being a cousin of my husband, Sumner B. Chase, and I know that said Henry W. Small was a single man on Aug. 18, 1857, and also on Nov. 15, 1859, the dates of certain conveyances covering parts of said Block. Said Henry W. Small died about three years ago and was a single man at the time of his death.
