Funeral services for Jim White, age 78, of Pleasantville will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 2 p.m. at the Mason Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the service and burial will be in Pleasantville Cemetery at a later date.
Jim farmed in the Runnells and Pleasantville areas his entire life. He is survived by his wife, Anne; children: Randy and Ray all of Pleasantville and Rodney (Tina) of West Des Moines; grandchildren: Mason and Samuel White and R.J., Rebecca and Rose White.
Visitation will begin after 9:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Instead of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pleasantville EMS. Online condolences may be left at BertrandFuneralHomes.com.
