MUNROE.-Died, at home, 213 North First street, Saturday evening, December 31, 1910, at 6:50 o'clock, Delilah M. Munroe, aged 78 years, 8
months and 20 days. Deceased was the mother of County Treasurer C. E. Munroe, and widow of the late Charles Munroe, Sr., and was one of the oldest residents of Oskaloosa. She came to Iowa in 1853, living about a year at Burlington and coming to Oskaloosa in the spring of 1854. Death was due to central paralysis and old age. Funeral at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon, January 3, 1911, from the residence.
