ELMER E. RUBY

Elmer E. Ruby, 85, died in his home at 2015 S. Main St. Sunday. He was born in Winterset, Ia., but lived in California for 43 years and in Santa Ana for five.

Surviving are a son, Arthur G. Ruby of Santa Ana; four daughters, Mrs. Bertha Rothchild of Corte Madera, and Mrs. Hazel Grant, Miss Jessie Ruby and Mrs. Edythe Lovelace, all of Santa Ana; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Koontz of Bellflower; a half-brother, C. E, Walker of Santa Ana and 10 grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Melrose Abbey mausoleum, Rev. John N, Ashley officiating. Winbigler mortuary will be in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Melrose Abbey mausoleum.
