Page 7, Columns 4 & 5N. A. Warrenfelt committed suicide last Thursday evening about six o’clock by jumping off a thirty foot windmill. It is supposed that worry over financial troubles was the direct cause of his deed.
Mr. Warrenfelt was about sixty years old and was well liked by all who knew him. He was an old gentleman, always ready and willing to do all in his power to help those who needed it.
His remains were taken to Iowa Friday morning for burial. Mrs. Warrenfelt and family have the sympathy of all in their sorrow – Renfrow Tribune.

Thursday, November 13, Page 3, Column 1High Dive to Death
An old man named Warrenfelt, who lived at Renfrow, Grant county, passed over the range Thursday evening of last week in a highly sensational manner.
Climbing to the top of a windmill tower, he called to the people below to invite the people who wanted to see “high dive”. Somebody below answered. “You will have to hurry, as it is supper time”. He had hardly spoken the words when Mr. Warrenfelt made the plunge. The people were horror stricken, thinking the old man was only joking.
His remains were taken to his old Iowa home for interment. He was about 60 years of age and leaves a widow who, we are told, promises to follow him at an early day.
