Stephanie Ann Mauk, age 41, of Golden, Missouri, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014, in her home.

She was born July 18, 1972, in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of Leonard "Len" and Elizabeth "Ann" (Heaberlin) Mauk.

Stephanie spent much of her life in Iowa and Kansas and was a graduate of Springhill High School in Springhill, Kansas. In 2012, she moved from Grinnell, Iowa to Golden, Missouri to make her home. Some of her favorite pastimes were arts and crafts and scrapbooking. enjoyed Nascar Races, favorite driver: Jeff Gordan and Dale Ernheart.

Surviving are her father and stepmother, "Len" and Jane (Smith) Mauk of Golden, Missouri; one son, Leonard Mauk of Golden, Missouri; one daughter, Sheri Mauk of Golden, Missouri; three brothers, Rodney Mauk and his wife, Teresa of Gardner, Kansas, Jeffery Mauk of Grinnell, Iowa and Ric Mauk of Wellsville, Kansas; and grandmothers, Betty Mauk and Darlene Heaberlin.

Preceding her in death was her mother; grandfathers, Harold Mauk and Avery Heaberlin and cousins, Jennifer (Heaberlin) Sly and Micheal Mauk.

Memorial services will be held from 2:00 until 4:00 pm Saturday, May 10, 2014, in Sunshine Open Bible Church, 2130 Easton Blvd (just east of the 235 Easton Blvd Exit) Des Moines, Iowa.

Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home, Cassville, Missouri.
