Dan W. Lucas, 88, died October 23, 2012 in Washington, Iowa. He served in the U. S. Marines during World War II.
He is survived by his children Dan Lucas of Sigourney, Fred Lucas of Iowa City, Tom Lucas of Sigourney, Marty Lucas of Des Moines, Julia Lucas of Des Moines, 20 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service: Saturday 2 p.m. Holm Funeral Home, Sigourney Burial Pleasant Grove Cemetery, visitation Friday 5 to 7 p.m.
