Last Will and Testament of Thomas T. Adams
Keokuk County, Iowa Courthouse Records
I, Thomas T. Adams, of sound mind and disposing memory Do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, revoking all former wills by me made.
First it is my will that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid.
Second I will and bequeath to my daughter Martha A. Northup Seventy-Five (75) Dollars, to Nancy E. Bellville Fifty Dollars. To my daughter, M.J. Story, Seventy-Five (75) Dollars, To my son Louis W. Adams Fifty Dollars and my son James H. Ruby Twenty-Five Dollars. To my daughter Bell B. Love Seventy-Five Dollars. To my son Woodford D. Adams, Seventy-Five Dollars, and the north forty four (44) feet of Lot No. Seven (7) in Block No. Three (3) in the town of Sigourney, Keokuk County, Iowa.
Third, The remainder of my estate I will and bequeath, share and share alike unto the legatees herein above named.
Dated and signed at Sigourney, Iowa this 15th day of July 1897.
