With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margie V. Papenhausen in Cumming, Georgia, born in Newton, Iowa, who passed away on September 14, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Margie is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Margie's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Vollers and Catherine Meyers Vollers; and her husband John Papenhausen. She is survived by: her children, Carol Warren and Gerald Papenhausen; and her friend Fridays. She is also survived by her family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Johns Creek United Methodist Church (11180 Medlock Bridge Rd, Duluth, GA 30097).
