Funeral services for Margaret Deverwaere, 68, Maquoketa, were held July 8 at the Sacred Heart Catholic church in Maquoketa, with burial in St. Joseph's cemetery in DeWitt.

Mrs. Deverwaere died July 5 at Americana Healthcare Center in Davenport.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. David (Judith) Johnson, Stoughton, Wis. and Mrs. Neal (Veronica) Wolbers, Davenport; a son, Joseph, Clinton; 5 grandchildren and a sister, Madeline Busch, West Branch.
