Maquoketa Mrs Sarah Galloway
Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Galloway, 84, of Maquoketa, who died Wednesday, will be held at 2 pm Friday at the Carson funeral home, Maquoketa, with the Rev. Arthur Holtry of the Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Union cemetery. Friends may call after 2 pm today at the funeral home.

Sarah Richardson was born on Nov. 28, 1881, in Elwood, the daughter of Thomas and Mathilda McCutcheon Richardson. On No. 12, 1902 in Maquoketa she married Hiram Galloway, who survives.

Also surviving are one daughter, Mrs Glatha Sellers, of Maquoketa; two sons Kenneth Galloway of Decorah and Garlyn Galloway of Maquoketa; one sister, Mrs Dollie Stutting, of Maquoketa; one grandchild and one great-grandchild. Her parents preceded her in death.
