Jackson Sentinel, May 26, 1887
George W. Harrison, aged 11 years and Edward W. Harrison, aged 9 years, were convicted before Justice Ralston of defacing the high school building and other depredations and on Tuesday morning deputy sheriff P. A. Truax took the boys to Davenport to procure an order before Judge Leffingwell committing them to the State Reform School, where they deserve to go.
