David Keith Baker First Baby Of 1962

David Keith Baker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Baker, Holstein, has been named winner of the Ida Grove “First Baby of 1962” contest sponsored by several Ida Grove merchants. David Keith was born at 4:27 a.m. Monday, January 1, at the Ida Grove Hospital, weighing 8 lbs., 1 oz. He has one sister, Debbie, who will be 2 years old in March. Grandparents of the new arrival are Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Baker and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Streck, both of Ida Grove. As winner of the first 1962 baby contest, David Keith (and his parents, too) is in store for some wonderful gifts to be presented by the Ida Grove merchants who sponsored the contest.
