Many from this congregation attended the funeral Sunday of Mrs. Slusser who was buried at the New Oregon Cemetery near Cresco. She has made her home with her daughter, Mrs. John Brophy for many years. Deepest sympathy is extended to the bereaved ones.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Mary Elizabeth who was born Oct. 6, 1835 and died Sept. 26, 1919.
