Ellen Fisher, 92, of Iowa Falls, passed away Saturday at the Mercy Hospice in Johnston. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the Linn's Funeral Chapel with visitation one hour before service.

Ellen Fisher, 92, of Iowa Falls, passed away Saturday at the Mercy Hospice, Johnston, Iowa. funeral services for Ellen Fisher will be 11:00 am Wednesday at the Linn's Funeral Chapel, 1521 Washington Ave. Iowa Falls, with visitation 1 hour before services. Burial will be at Union Cemetery.

Ellen Marie Boyd was born October 26, 1917, at Lawnhill, Iowa, the daughter of John and Dora [Taylor] Boyd. She graduated from the New Providence, Iowa High School. On December 24, 1934 she was united in marriage to Lloyd H. Fisher. She was a member of the Edgewood Board, Iowa Falls.

Ellen Fisher is survived by her son: Ron [Kay] Fisher of Urbandale, Iowa; 6 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Lloyd; a daughter: Darlene Dawson; 2 brothers: Chester and Charles Boyd; and a sister: Rosella Klemme.
