Little Child Passes Away.

Early Saturday morning occurred the death of little Mabel Engleby [sic], daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Engleby [sic], after a short sickness of but four days. The child was but eleven weeks old and had until within a few days of her death been in the very best of health. Her sudden death comes as a severe blow to the afflicted parents who have the heartfelt sympathy of all their many friends in their bereavement.

Funeral services were held over the remains Sunday at the home at two o'clock in the afternoon and at the Lutheran church at three. The services were conducted by Dr. Lohre of the Jewell Lutheran College.
