Sue Deever, 59, of Midlothian, Texas passed away October 2, 2012 at St. Paul University Hospital in Dallas, Texas.
Visitation was held Saturday, October 6, at Midlothian Funeral Home in Midlothian, Texas.
Private graveside service will be held at a later date in Stuart, Iowa.
Sue attended school in West Des Moines and graduated from El Centro College Nursing School in Dallas, Texas. She worked as a nurse.
She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband, Bud; brother Rick Williams of New York City; sisters Nancy Dotson and Jill (Joe) Ayers, both of West Des Moines; her son Brian Harris, step-daughter Phyllis Hathcock (Jeff) of Hot Springs, AR; four grandchildren, Cody, Brock and Serenity Harris and Brittan McDaniel.
