Ralph Harris Keeney, 84, of Jefferson died of a heart ailment Wednesday at CLC-Jefferson. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson, with burial at Wright Cemetery there.
Mr. Kenney was born in Washington, Pa., and had lived in Grand Junction 17 years before moving to Jefferson a month ago. He was a retired tool ad died maker and a member of First United Methodist Church in Grand Junction. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking.
He is survived by his wife, Lucile; a son, William of Scenery Hill, Pa.; a step-son, Leroy Teuscher of Des Moines; two daughters, Judy Reese of Washington, Pa., and Becky Weercamp of Fredericktown, Pa.; three step-daughters, Lorna Bauer and Eleisa Murphy, both of Des Moines, and Freida Horton of Austin, Texas;24 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
