BREMMERMAN, J. H., attorney at law ; was born in Frederick Co., Md., Nov. 4, 1851; in 1860, he removed with his parents to Harper's Ferry, and, in 1862, to Washington, D. C; he was educated at the Columbia University, in that city, and received the degree of A. M. in 1872, and, after two years' further study, graduated from the law department of the same institution ; he then entered upon the practice of his profession in Burlington. He was married to Miss Lillie A. Bangs, of Washington, Sept. 14, 1875.
