On account of failing eyesight I will sell my farm known as the Wm. Ohl place, and all personal property, 5 miles west and 1 1-2 mile north of Dow City, on

Commencing at 10 o'clock, the following:

8 HEAD OF HORSES 8

Span of bay geldings 7 years old, weight 3200; black mare 10 years old, weight 1200; bay gelding 11 years old, weight 1100; black gelding 5 years old, weight 1500; bay mare 12 years old, weight 900; span of bays 5 years old, mare and gelding, weight 3000, mare in foal.

20 HEAD OF CATTLE 20

Eight good milch cows to be fresh this winter; 4 three year old heifers; 2 two year old bulls, one Hereford and 1 Angus; 6 yearling calves.

50 HEADS OF HOGS 50

All big, health spring shoats, of which twenty are good breed sows.

MACHINERY, ETC.--3 new wagons; spring wagon' carriage' John Deere Spreader; 9 foot disc; 11 foot seeder' 18 foot harrow; two 16 inch stubble plows; Case corn planter with 120 rods of wire; 3 Jenny Lind cultivators; 8 foot Deering binder; Deering mower; John Deere rake; John Deere hay buck; grindstone; 2 horse gas engine; wood saw; barrel churn, U.S. cream separator; 3 1-2 sets of work harness; set of fly nets, and other articles. Machinery all nearly new, as it was bought in the last three years.

My Farm For Sale

The north half, southeast quarter and north east quarter of section 3, township 82, Range 41, consisting of 240 acres. Farm is all fenced and cross fenced hog tight. The land is rolling and the soil is good. In fact it is one of t Crawford county's good productive farms, and I would not part with it if I could retain my health. BUILDING--Good 6 room house with system of waterworks, and good point well. Barn 64x32, room for 8 horses and 8 cows. New corn crib for 1600 bushels corn; two good granaries, one built last year, size 24x10x10; good cow shed; good hog house size 20x60, room for 18 sows; chicken house 14x16.

TERMS--On personal property, usual. FARM--$1000 day of sale, $5000 on March 1, 1920, purchaser to assume all loans. Further particulars day of sale.
