Brings Ashes of Parents from California for Interment Here.
As had been the wish of her parents—Mr. and Mrs. Merritt Currier, former residents of this community—Mrs. Clara Evald has brought their ashes here for interment in the family lot in Greenwood cemetery.
Her father died in 1929, and her mother last spring, and it had been their wish that they be cremated and their ashes brought back to Nashua. She also brought the ashes of her sister-in-law, Mrs. Celia Currier, which will be placed by the side of her husband, who preceded her in death and been brought here previously.
Mrs. Evald arrived Monday, and is visiting at the home of Mrs. Eva Smith and daughter, Miss Claudia, The ashes {remainder illegible}.Source Unknown – probably local newspaper
