1802 Cerro Gordo Way. Born March 13, 1902, Lexington, Ind. High School. National Guard of Iowa, Co. H., 133rd Infantry. Married Velma B. Morgan Oct. 14, 1930. Children - Robert, Ft. Bragg, N.C.; Mrs. Ronald Roger (Joan) Smith, Jacksonville, Fla., Northwestern States Portland Cement Co., Accounting Dept. 192-41; purchasing agent since 1941. Came to Mason City from Malta, Ill., Oct. 20, 1920. Congregational Church. Benevolence Lodge 145; Benevolence Chapter 46. Hobbies - bowling, fishing, hunting.

Cecil died in 1986. Cecil and Velma (1904-1996) interred Elmwood-St. Joseph.
