To Martha Ellen Ridenour:

Madame- You are hearby notified that there is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court, in Cedar county, a petition of Cyrus Ridenour, claiming a dissolution of the bonds of matrimony now exsisting between you, and that unless you appear and answer on or before the 1st day of the next term of the said District Court, to wit, on the 26th day of September A. D. 1853, a decree will be rendered against you in accordance with said petition.
