Born in Green Brier co., OH in 1832, came to Iowa in 1839. Married M.E. Barclay in 1861, she was born in Penn in 1842. Have 3 children- Eliza E., Johnny B., and Howard A. Mr. F. has held different offices in the township. Democrat.
