W.D. Edson
Representative from Buena Vista county, was born on a farm in Will county, Illinois on September 25, 1874. Came to Iowa in 1885, residing on a farm in Sac county. Attended Buena Vista college at Storm Lake. Graduated at Iowa State college in 1898, and in law at the State University in 1901. Entered the practice of law at Storm Lake. He has served two terms as county attorney and was mayor of Storm Lake. He is president of the board of trustees of Buena Vista college and a member of the Masonic and I.O.O.F. lodges. He is married and has four children. Elected representative in 1918 and 1920. A republican.
